Our Story
Founded from a Lifelong Passion
Scenery of Africa was founded by a passionate safari guide who, after more than a decade exploring Africa's wild landscapes with countless travellers, recognised the need for a more personalised approach to safaris — one that treats every guest as an individual, not a booking number.
Our story is rooted in family, nature, and a deep love of Tanzania. It began long before the company existed, in the forests and plains that shaped our founder from childhood.

Four people. Four lifetimes of experience in Tanzania's wild places. Solomon, Godwin, Hussein, and Catherine each bring something different — a tracker's instinct, a birder's ear, a designer's eye for the perfect itinerary, and the kind of warmth that makes guests feel at home the moment they land.
These are not tour operators. They are guides, naturalists, and storytellers who happen to love their jobs more than anything else they can imagine doing.
