Tanzania's Ultimate Wildlife Checklist
This journey takes you across Tanzania's most celebrated wilderness areas β from Tarangire's giant elephants and ancient baobabs, through the endless plains of the Serengeti, to the natural wonder of the Ngorongoro Crater. In six days, you have the rare opportunity to encounter all five of Africa's most iconic animals within a single itinerary.
The Big Five β lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino β were originally named for being the most challenging animals to track on foot. Today, they symbolise the ultimate African safari experience. Along the way you'll also encounter giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, hippos, countless bird species, and much more.
As a team of local Tanzanians, we know this country like the back of our hand. You're in for a treat from the moment you land until the moment you leave.

Ngorongoro Highlands β Serengeti National Park
Your journey today winds through the breathtaking Ngorongoro Highlands before descending into the legendary Serengeti National Park. "Serengeti" means "endless plains" in the Maasai language β and rightly so. Expect to encounter cheetahs scanning the horizon, giraffes gracefully moving across the savanna, and large herds of wildebeest grazing as you make your way to camp.
The evening calls for a golden Serengeti sunset, painting the sky in fiery hues of amber and crimson β a scene that rewards the patient photographer and the wide-eyed first-timer equally.
